i like to think that i did not stop being a child, but I just got taller and smarter, more aware of social norms and more respectful to my peers. However, whenever I see children out in public I can't help but think to myself "kids are loving stupid I'm glad I'm a grownup" so i dunno |

morning everyone! fwiw i'm likely older than almost all of you and i don't really think of myself as a child, but more like in my 20s. so maybe you grow up somewhat in your mind, but you're never going to catch up with your body. my mom tells me she's shocked everytime she looks in the mirror because she doesn't recognize the old lady looking back at her.

guys the chat threads seem to be creeping back in. i'm going to take a swipe at them this morning if all we're doing in a thread is discussing our favorite pizza or breakfast and we're not making jokes or entertaining people in any way, it's probably not a good thread please think before making a thread. is it funny, interesting, or creative?

it's ok. i usually let these threads go for a while because often yobbers take a mundane topic and turn it around and make it something really funny. so i give them some space but then every couple of weeks i have to clean things up.
