According to Dallas Police, there were 2 known shooters, a man and a woman. The woman is in custody, the man is dead after a shootout with the police. A third guy, who is black, was identified as a suspect, turned himself in, was questioned and released. That's all that's for sure right now.

The third guy was just a guy using his second amendment rights to walk around with an assault rifle who handed it over to a police officer when the shooting started but the police labeled him a suspect and blasted his picture and name all over. I mean there is so much to unpack there. One of the suspects is dead because I am not kidding the police put a bomb on a bomb disposal robot and blew him up. Why do the police even have bombs to deploy?

It's also helpful for bomb containment, where they have controlled detonations of suspicious packages and other items.
