So, what, because something didn't go the way you wanted it to you should shut up and stop complaining about it? Like- when a political party gets voted in, should all the other parties go 'yes well done fair enough we'll be quiet for the next five years'? Also I find it hard to believe you're so far divorced from reality that you'd accuse Osborne of cutting and running when pretty much every leader of the Leave campaign has set a fire and walked off. They're the dog that's caught the car it was chasing. Also your probation was, I'm guessing, because you signed your post and closed it off with an image macro. Or maybe it was saying that israel and the illuminati were behind 9/11. Or the claim that North Korea could get missiles into London in 20 minutes 'just like Iraq' could. Or it could be that you're named after the shittest James Bond movie. Or that the only other thread you post in is the Star Citizen thread (a bannable offence imo.) Or because your youtube channel also contains this fuckin' miracle of technology.

It does serve as a useful reminder that those who accuse the BBC of bias - of any political persuasion - are usually off their trolley.

Well first off i just like to say that i am touched that you took the time to scan through my previous posts under this account. Seems that i have touched you in some form are another . No one has cut and run Boris is on the back burner once the dust settles he will challenge again for leader in a year are two. As for Nigel F well what more is there he can do he achivived his goal. The establishment wont touch him, he is a wild card maverick . Not to mention the constant death threats and the hate he gets for expressing an opinion and the hate aimed towards his family as well . As for osbourne i never said he cut and run , turn your nerd rage down a touch breath in breath out , I said i cant belive he has shown his face again he should have walked away . Ohh made that Youtube clip for my better half she loved the fact i made a animation about her and thats all that matters Maybe share some of yor creations out side of forum nerd rage ? Ohh yes and the BBC and hate crime . More left wing propaganda lets see how many prosecutions/ convictions take place my guess is a big fat 0 as at least 90% are lies . Lets torch are shop and get a nice insurance claim in and blame it on breexit. Are you want rehoused just make up a story about some one spray painting a bad word on your door. That poo poo has been going on for years its called playing the race card. BBC decided to make front page news that one of there employees was allegedly racially abused walking down the street in london . One its a allegation and its sure as hell not front page news that a no body at the BBC gets sworn at walking down the street allegedly. Also have to love how most of that hate crime allegations are coming out of London . Which happens to be one of the most diverse places on the planet and voted remain. And yet in places far less diverse that where in favour of breexit there is almost no reports and no prosecutions are arrests . But hell the BBC showed with Cliff Richard your guilty until proven innocent if it suits there agenda. BBC is given air time to nut jobs who want attention and no facts no arrests no prosecutions its all pure wind and propaganda thats created by left wing nut jobs. The BBC give up on facts a long time ago. They sooner demonise the british people rather than highlight the terrible human rights in places like Saudi and China and god dont ever mention the word female genital mutilation that takes place in this country every day , yep BBC has a news black out on that poo poo. lets front page a allegation that some one said that some one allegedly shouted nasty words at them . now that whats the people need to know about. BBC is finished it will be broken up in the next few years. Hatred is the new Buzz word for the left wing. Any view they dont like should be cast under the shadow of the word hatred, Dont let poo poo like facts get in the way

The Tartan Nazis (according to Jedit) are gaining support from the Jewish Community Sir Nicholas Macpherson states it's a 'golden opportunity' for Scotland ---More in-depth Finacial Times article he wrote quote:Sir Nicholas urged the Scottish Government to abandon its plan for a currency union with the remainder of the UK and commit to creating a Scottish pound supported by its own central bank. Preety much comfirms what everyone was thinking really about currency. Rathlin campaign to join a independent EU-Scotland is a thing quote:IT IS the island whose disputed ownership between Scotland and Ireland ultimately came down to a test on whether a snake lived or died. But four centuries after its Irish fate was sealed and in Brexit's tailspin, residents of Rathlin are again looking east as the potential lifeline for their EU status, with some islanders pleading: “Take us with you Scotland.” In the past fortnight a campaign has been building on Rathlin, which lies just 12 miles west of Kintyre, for a re-establishment of its historic Scots connections. A future Scots referendum, they claim, would secure the European funding which has dragged Rathlin it into the 21st century with a modern harbour, connections to the National Grid and almost doubled its population in . moonraker posted:Okay i will tell that to my wife who happens to be french You best be saying goodbye to her soon then. For some academic navel-gaving: the line "Scottish plays peformed in Prague" stuck out for being a bit out of place, since it's the only one in that part which isn't "narrator encounters euro-thing in Scotland" - I've a sneaking suspicion that's a nod to Clare Wallace, who literally wrote the book on David Greig and is based in Prague

Still gutted I missed The Events a couple of years ago at the Fringe; I know someone who was vaguely involved in commissioning it, and it sounded amazing. Your post also sent me to his wiki, and I'd totally forgotten he's the new artistic director at the Lyceum. Really looking forward to seeing what he puts on....and also looking forward to when he moves on to the Citz because that's surely the next step, right?* * nothing against Dominic Hill who's put of a lot of great stuff, even if he insists on no-back-wall-and-no-wings-actors-playing-instruments-exposing-the-workings-and-artificiality-of-theatre for every single drat play he directs. And I say that as someone who mostly likes gimmicky postmodernism. Fever Dream: Southside and his Hamlet were brilliant though, so it's a small price to pay

I didn't see Lanark and felt like I missed out I'm a bit wary of Greig taking over, but the coming season does look rather good to be fair. I need to get to the Lyceum more this year, especially after I missed Waiting for Godot last autumn (I did try to get tickets for the final night but it was sold out by then )

German YouGov have posted up a poll of a majority of europeans thinking that Scotland would vote Indy and that they would be welcoming of Scotland joining the EU https://twitter.com/YouGov_DE/status/751356566411046912 Dugdale is still exploring the federalised option for the UK. I'll give her credit where it's due, she's holding her guns and is actually doing something reasonable. Course considering it's a Guardian piece there is also a small bit of why Corbyn needs to go by Dugdale. An Independent candidate for Edinburgh (Jack Robert Mclean Caldwell) back in May asks a few questions I honestly don't know much about him but I assume you Acaila would know a bit more about him considering he's in Edinburgh?

Acaila posted:I didn't see Lanark and felt like I missed out Not to make you feel worse, but Lanark was phenomenal. Not 100% sure if it would make a lick of sense if you haven't read the book, but it was a great piece of theatre, and the way it was structured - three distinct acts, two intervals and with the "realistic" act the most abstract in presentation - meant that it never sagged, which for a 3 1/2 - 4 hour play is unbelievably impressive. The Citz has had a really great programme for the last few years, but this Autumn's is slightly unimaginative - and seems to have a slightly mis-timed "SCOTLAND!!!" theme. It's not bad or anything though: Glasgow Girls (which is great and all - and by David Greig! - but it's been on twice already in the last few years), Trainspotting (the play adaptation pre-dates the film, but unless it's a radically unusual production it seems a bit, I dunno, uninteresting for the Citizens), the Rivals (which I know very little about, but I'm an 18th century nerd so the prospect of Georgian sensibilities filtered through Dominic Hill is appealing) and Cheviot (which of course I'll go see again)

# ? Jul 11, 2016 22:18 |

Trainspotting will probably be trying to capitalise on the buzz around the sequel coming out in January? Cheviot is coming to the Lyceum as well - I got booked up a couple of weeks ago (might go twice though cos my seats are a bit poo poo for the date I'd planned). I've never got around to reading the book shamefully, so I'll tell myself it wouldn't have made sense to avoid the guilt! To be fair, I've still not seen Glasgow Girls - I think it's doing the Fringe too? I'm sure I put it on my list for that, very late to the party (I at least was earlier than most folk to Black Watch, so I'm not a total disaster!)

While I do understand the allure of a good wool shop (they are pretty hard to find these days) that challenge doesn't make much sense - she could just trawl second hand shops buying up knitted clothes. The judge should have set her a more specific challenge.
