She is 6. There was only one other kids class child on the track with her but she loved it and came in '2nd' and won a 'trophy' Her first time out on the track for practice the sd card in her camera filled up, the next one we recorded, then her actual race I forgot to press record, so not a lot of footage to play with, but we have 39 days to practice practice practice. I ordered her big bike numbers by accident and then left them at home, someone at the track had some spare 7s we used for the day while I reorder her the numbers she picked. I also left her jersey with Klutch Industries to get screen printed with her name (Animal) and number 58. He was so pissed off that he didn't get a trophy and I had to explain to him that you only get a trophy if you race, so he kicked me in the shin and told his momma i wouldn't let him race, his time will be coming real quick im afraid

Good thing helmets are designed to protect against impact and not crushing forces.

Indeed it has, and it still pisses me off seeing how poor other people ride.

If anyone hasn't realized it yet, taking a riding class and then actually being interested in improving your riding skills puts you at the 1% of riders. Most are morons wobbling their way to Wing Night and some pretend to like riding the fun roads. The most embarrassing thing about that video is that most videos of cyclists I've seen shows they have no idea about a proper line, so to be passed by one....eeeeh.

I think that motorcyclist is how drivers react to being passed by a motorcycle. RUN HIM OFF THE ROAD If I got passed by a cyclist, I would cry and then buy them a beer.

Pushbike != Pedalbike to me either. I've heard them as two separate things. Pedal bikes are propelled by pedals while a push bike is either tottered by feed on ground or pushed behind by an adult. Small children use push bikes, they were much more in favor many many years ago. Edit: https://i.imgur.com/2AL5b3u.jpg

But for real I've thought of push bikes as The Fonz describes them. I've even seen some cool wooden push bikes to help little ones get the hang of balancing on two wheels.

My son road a balance bike in our hardwood floored house since he was 1.5. One day he just hopped on his training wheelless bicycle and was riding it like a total pro within a few hours. He had just turned 4 when he started riding his bicycle
