If you're shooting shields it will add both accuracy and damage. Pharah shooting a shield with her rockets will count for a direct hit. If you have huge accuracy and damage output but no eliminations it means you're probably shooting lots of shields, where someone with low damage and high eliminations/accuracy is probably actually killing people. You also have to remember that Seagull's accuracy is against people in equivalent tier, so while they're bouncing and zipping around he's hitting them as well as you're hitting people in your tier.

Well it also helps that whatever algorithm they're using for damage done can mark people at 33,000 damage per minute and 45 eliminations per minute on a character they're playing, but saying that you're in the top 4% of Pharah rocket accuracy with 52% while not doing tons of damage isn't unreasonable at all. Even if you're just barely scratching people with the splash damage it is considered a hit. I'm not defending the site because it definitely has extreme inconsistencies all over the place, but it is perfectly believable that 52% accuracy puts you in the top 10,000 people shooting rockets around. A fun thing to do when your team is either refusing to run a tank/support or all going Torb themselves when they're mad you're playing Torb on attack is to switch to something like 76 until the last second of the countdown and then go back to Torb. I had a few guys go nuts on me after doing this, to the point where their yelling and swearing brought my wife to the room wondering what the gently caress I was watching/listening to.

also afaik rocket jumps count against your accuracy and a lot of high level pharah players (from watching ster's stream or competitive matches) will spam at a choke that enemies would have to move through to force them to wait for a reinhardt

I find myself enjoying PTR more than I have ever enjoyed overwatch. Every single game I've played since the Ana patch, everyone has been cool and chill. Some dude snaplocks Hanzo and says I HAVE NEVER PLAYED HIM BEFORE and everyone says it's cool man, gotta learn sometime. I play Genji for like the third time, fail miserably at everything, and the enemy team's McCree gives me tips on how to reflect Deadeye better. Enemy Winston jumps off a cliff accidentally and both teams are yukking it up friendly-like in map chat. Some rear end in a top hat starts screaming WHY DO WE HAVE TWO ANAS and everyone tells him to gently caress off. I wish Live was like this.

Does the animation prevent anything that this let's you get around? The no damage on scoped Ana reflects is probably a bug, I'd be surprised if that wasn't fixed.
