So the event is gonna last more than just until the release of the final episode? Anyway, I used to play this in 2014. I made money back then by making a lot of 35-45 blue implants. I have a few characters with their inventory full with them right now. Is making money making these even viable still? If not, what's a good way to make a few mil to buy some bullshit cosmetics?

Well, there's also the fact that Arcann isn't actually in control of the empire anymore so if the battle of Odessen is against him and his remnant fleet it will still leave Scorpio and the vast bulk of the Zakuul military to face next season.

So I've been told the XP for levels 1-50 has been rejiggered to the point where you can get through it all doing nothing but class missions. Out of curiosity, I decided to give it a go. So far, I just hit level 15 when I got my ship as a Trooper and am sent on a level 16 mission. I suspect the gap will eventually increase to the point where I'll have to do a flashpoint or two.

You can get away with skipping the planet missions if you do other stuff to make up the difference, such as heroics and flashpoints. Flashpoints in particular give out a stupid amount of xp.

Finally got a new dude to 50 and I was opening my prize boxes, and this happened: Edit: BTW, with this particular set, the ONLY thing in the supplementary box is the belt. The box was listed for 1.6 million on the GTN, but the belt goes for 100k. I already had the belt sitting on my mule alt anyway, but I can respect some high-level GTN trolling.
