Most of his complaints are valid, the "they don't really care about us" tone is grating tho. Seating is fair, it did look really cramped and viewer-unfriendly even as a stream spectator. Commentary, eh, but the whole "K&D SACRIFICED THEMSELVES TO COMMENTATE AND DIDN'T GET THE TOP 8 SPOT" thing is dumb. 3/5 answers itself: your pools already ran late, mate. Other issues I couldn't comment on.

Other issues I couldn't comment on. Not having the twins commentate the Top 8 for MKX was a crime, really. I'm 100% in agreement with Foxy on that. Ultradavid is great and Aris is great on Tekken commentary but for MKX commentary they are definitely outclassed. e: as for as logistical accommodation I would guess adjusting to setting up multiple stations devoted to multiple games across separate venues played a big part of it, which would just be the growing pains of this new venue setup. Tekken 7 top 8 was pretty hype, with a Jack main winning. Poongko showed up and beat up people with Akuma. Bob and "Master Raven" were revealed later on Sunday. Revelator top 8 was amazing, with Omito making humongous comebacks against multiple opponents on the way to grand finals before losing to Machabo's Sin. Afterwards, Dizzy was revealed for free download (available as of right now on PSN) and a balance patch was immediately released, which nerfed the Grand Finals characters as it turns out.  KOF demo was announced, boss character(?) shown off along with story trailer. KI top 8 was apparently very, very good but I missed most of it. Sleep, who has been on a tear this year, won with Gargos. MKX went to SonicFox, but not before Tekken Master forced a reset. Fox ended up actually taking off his ears to take it seriously and ultimately ended up switching to Alien in game 5 to close it out. Marvel was great, and coincidentally(?) had no FChamp or Zeros in top 8. Chris G eliminated Justin and went on to beat KBR pretty convincingly to win his first EVO. SFV had a lot of big names losing in pools, including Momochi, Daigo, Tokido (go watch Daigo vs Tokido later, it was amazing), Bonchan, Luffy, etc. Top 8 had LI Joe as the sole American and everything about him making top 8 and his games in it were great; I really recommend watching the whole thing later if you can. Infiltration was actually sent to Losers by Fuudo but clawed his way back to win the whole thing. Juri was announced as the July DLC. EDIT: No idea how Smash 4 went other than Mario winning over a Megaman player and Hungrybox capped off his dominant year by forcing the reset in Grand Finals against Armada and ultimately beat him, with both sets going 3-2.
