people complained that touch ID was too fast and they couldnt see their notifications. in response, iOS 10 makes you press home a second time to unlock, but people complained about that too. now they're making it an accessibility option in beta 3, and presumably people will complain that their favourite way isn't default. others will complain that there's an option at all.
