I trashed my elbow a couple years ago due to working out too much and a lovely druggie lifestyle. Couldn't extend my arm for months and never saw a doctor.

What I'm saying here is I know what I'm doing. No need to worry.

This post may have been too flippant. I know the warning signs and I'm gonna get in and see how it feels. If its too cranky then I'll move on to legs (ugh)

I don't gain at all unless I do 2x a week. Once a week works fine for maintenance.


Still haven't lifted legs, feels great.

I've seen guys sort of do this, they do ab curls on a decline bench up to incline position and then press. Looks brutally hard, and it's really more of an ab workout than a shoulder workout.

Saw a dude the other day put his feet up on the bench, arch his back really high, and do his "declines" that way. It was insane, considering there was an actual decline bench about 12 feet away from him.
