mrkillboy posted:

Dead Shell is an apparently Doom-inspired sci-fi roguelike RPG with simple click based combat. It seems neat (though I'm not quite sure how I ran out of stamina so fast :ohdear: Oh, its one life per dungeon attempt. That kinda sucks.).

The other problem with it is that bullets are pretty uncommon drops which means if you're running dry you either have to hope you get pretty lucky with dungeon/enemy loot drops or wait six hours for a supply ship that requires an upfront investment of 250 in-game credits to even become available. The game doesn't tell you anywhere there's a bullet-saving axe you can use either until you run completely out of bullets (I'm not even sure the game will let you switch to it before you have to). And you can only get new guns/characters through supply crate drops, which as you might guess if you've seen any other cash-grab games are pretty uncommon dungeon loot drops only outside of the guaranteed tutorial dungeon drop to start the Skinner box itch. Not real impressive design here.

Hey guys, is there a way to get the Play Store to actually show you proper listings in a category and not just what's currently a "Top Application" or "Recommended for you". You know, like an actual loving storefront? I tried to go browse around earlier but that's loving pointless when you can never get more than like a hundred results for anything. There doesn't seem to be any way to sort what results you do get either. It's loving garbage.

Search.

Better results on play.google.com.

Better results still by using regular Google search for "[thing] site:play.google.com".

Unless you mean a more catalogue-like thing, in which case by purpose or topic no not really. For apps anyway developers/publishers have their entire bodies of work available from any of their titles.

Huh, I run AdAway so maybe that's the difference, but it runs fine for me with a Nexus 6. The sound was running super slow, but I always turn that off anyways. Framerate has been fine so far with the half hour or so that I played. Fun, but not far enough to have a real opinion on the actual game.

I don't run adblockers to avoid running into problems with the games that I need to farm ads to win in, but this is what Heropolis does :psyduck:

Tiny Tower was just rereleased and it's great! Unfortunately some of their other games aren't available because Mobage shut them down because ??? also because they're jerks. The Tiny Tower reboot is done by Nimblebit themselves and it's going really well it seems so maybe they'll will also bring back Pocket Frogs and Pocket Planes??

Tiny Tower Vegas is Nimblebit and very fun in its own right, and worth a play. It has some interesting mechanics unique to it, mostly casino games. I thought it'd be a cheesy sequel too, but I quite enjoy it.

Even when I browse by genre it only gives me the 100 or so "top" results! There doesn't seem to be any way to go "Give me everything you've got in RPG's". It's spectacularly garbage.

I forget how far in you have to be but an option shows up at the top of one of the menus (the coin shop?) offering something like a "great deal". It gets rid of ads! It increases your max capacities! Only £4.99 a month :wtc:

There's nothing left for me to upgrade except egg price as I can't get any more chickens or eggs to ship. Egg price is worthless anyways because I can shoot down one drone and get more money than a day of waiting would give me. As far as I'm concerned the game is done unless they add Xaneggdu or something.

the game definitely needs a pretty big update with a ton more eggs and upgrades and stuff. it's fun but about the shortest idle/clicker i've seen. hell i've pretty much seen everything and i haven't even done a proper prestige because the missions haven't asked me to and they give me a ton of soul eggs :v:

Good thing them posters are working to recruit more dungeoneers.

I finished it on my PC last week, one bit of advice, save up for the holy grail knight before dumping money into the extra weapons and items, if you don't have a tier 3 dungeoneer then the dwarf stages are impossible.

Punch Club (beat the average)
Super Stickman Golf 3 (beat the average)

So Crusader Kings Chronicles...

It's basically uh... KoDP mashed up with a choose your own adventure/Lone Wolf style book. It's REALLY loving short though, there's only three stats, and each DLC "book" is 3 bucks extra and takes maybe 30 minutes to beat if you gently caress up the first try.
