I tried this in the demo and most of the Mario ones give you a hideous unique skin except for Toad and anything else gives you a single decal of a rad skull that actually looks kind of okay but the Blast Ball itself is just as boring and lame as it looked at the Nintendo World Championship

the guy who runs the sonic twitter account is announcing the next sonic game and just before he said anything the audio cut out and it still isnt back. its just a silent video of him talking interspersed with crowd reaction shots

sonic mania's being made by the dude who did the sonic cd steam port and ios sonic1&2 ports and it'll probably use that same engine, so it'll play right. im just worried about the level design because they added a new stage in sonic 2 ios and it was pretty bad it still has a better initial shot of being good than any sonic game announced in the last 15 or so years nintendo
