Get Plex setup and run twitchmod. It should work well enough.

https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/178235/rel-twitchmod-twitch-tv-with-extra-features. Alternatively I guess you could try using the official twitch app and cast that even though it's kinda poo poo on android.

edit: Alternatively yeah use the youtube livestream. That should work on youtube for android at least.
