What was originally intended to probably be a sane (and boring) Democratic convention got stirred up by the release of 20k+ emails from the DNC throwing shade at the Bernie Sanders campaign. Will the convention go smoothly? DWS has already resigned. Either way, there's a lot of speakers lined up so far (list is non-exhaustive): https://www.demconvention.com/event-categories/july-25/ Monday: Michelle Obama Astrid Silva Bernie Sanders Tuesday: Bill Clinton The mothers of Sandra Bland, Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin, and Eric Garner Wednesday: Diamond Joe Michael Bloomberg Tim Kaine Barack The Islamic Shock Obama Thursday: Retired Gen. John Allen Chelsea Clinton Hillary Clinton Again, there's more speakers lined up, but expect some celebrity appearances like from Lena Dunham, Chloe Grace Moretz, Katy Perry, America Ferrera and Demi Lovato will all be there too. Also expected, a "fart-in" of Bernie or Busters who plan to eat as many beans as possible before Hillary's speech to fart while she's speaking.

While I understand why they invited those mothers, police ahootings have more legs than Benghazi, I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't mention I feel this move is still kinda scummy. I'll gladly eat my words if people approach this with tact though.
