did they fix the behavior where chrome reserves large amounts of system ram to keep unused and inactive tabs and windows active, causing the OS and everything else that doesn't also aggressively reserve ram to grind to a halt because every request has to hit mass storage instead of the prefetch cache that the OS normally keeps in "empty" ram? or are they still considering that not a problem because Google employees don't use other programs and hoards of nerds keep defending it because they don't know about OS caching and think that "available" RAM is wasted?
