drat. My stepdad was an alcoholic who would get abusive as gently caress when drunk (Often!) and have screaming matches with my mom (who has anger issues herself), but at least he never laid a hand on me in anger.

I don't think this is a ploy to get declared incompetent for trial, rather it is just the phenomenal stupidity of the Sovereign Citizen ideology shining bright and crazy.
