I watched Star Trek Beyond today. It was very, very good. The references were nice and non-intrusive and the story was great. My only complaint is that the camera spun around too much. I get it for the action scenes because yes, space things moves in 3D, but not every conversation or movement had to involve bizarre angles turning into weird camera rotations turning into another weird angle. You can mix it up a little and just have people standing upright in frame while they say things.

Guys. I ran my first unofficial 10 km today. That is I ran 10 km straight through. And all because I left too early for the store to open to buy cat food. I got there an hour early and figured I'd just keep going. I had already done 6km, which was already a record for me, and I stopped from pain and etc at 9.2 km and said if I'm that close to 10 I'll loving do it and I totally did it. Then I biked 3 km back home from the store and now I think I may never move again. Oddly enough I cuss a lot while running sending gently caress you's and me's to just about everyone I see.
