I found the guy's DeviantArt page (http://dlshadowwolf.deviantart.com/art/Techpriest-Magos-472057692), and it seems it's actually a Techpriest (unless those are the same thing). Impressive that he had all four arms moving at one point.

Also here's my kebab so far plus filthy plastic-covered rug, since then I've added a few things and it just needs another dial and the main gasline then it's paint time
