Judge Patricia Lynch QC was sentencing John Hennigan at Chelmsford crown court for his ninth breach of an antisocial behaviour order in 11 years when the exchange took place.

Lynch’s withering comments came when Hennigan, 50, told her she was “a bit of a oval office”, to which she retorted: “You are a bit of a oval office yourself. Being offensive to me does not help.”

After Hennigan shouted back “Go gently caress yourself”, she replied: “You too.”

This would have been schadenfreude if State Rep. Schwab was the one beheaded.

Additionally I'm not going to hold my breath that SR. Schwab is going to view this in any way connected to his support for deregulating safety measures.

In public, no. But when he's up at night realizing his son is dead indirectly because of his actions, that's got to be rough. No schaden, but that has to really mess with someone. Not enough repression in the world to ignore that nagging at the back of your mind. Just ugh all around.

Is he going to realize it, though? He could very well declare that his particular votes were just about protecting businesses from unnecessary regulations that damaged their ability to succeed, and Schlitterbahn was being negligent by not doing everything properly regardless of a lax regulatory climate!

Facebook absolutely has a really good idea of every one of those things, with the exception of your tax file number. The other things are all extractable from the data you willingly give to them, especially if you have location tracking on.
