Felony murder-- wherein you can be charged for murder for participating in a crime where someone dies, even if you didn't kill them directly-- generally only looks to a specific list of felonies, and trespassing likely doesn't rise to that level. Civil suit is a whole different story.

I don't know about that (pretty sure there can't have been a murder without somebody being for real, not merely briefly dead), but they'll charge you with it if the cops kill your accomplices.
