Scarf posted:Right. And it's too bad no one took the time to rationally explain it to him. Not MGTOW , but look at the olympics people I don't know if its the same in the states, but I live in I AM A loving MORON, EH? and the Canadian women's teams seem to be doing quite good. Of course, their ONLY FOCUS is on the women's teams. Every time I turn on the tv, I see women's teams, doing some sort of sport. Now, I know all sports aren't like this, but women's soccer , for example, is kinda cringey to watch. Its no mystery that women are terrible at soccer. I recall an article where a team of teenage boy's beat a 'world class' women's soccer team, something like 14 -1. It may have even been hockey, but my point is, women are about a billion times less athletic then men and if it weren't for womyns empowerment, no one WOULD GIVE A gently caress about these women's teams...because they aren't nearly as skilled. Instead, we get blatant lies about women being the same as men , yada, yada, yada. Lets forget women being blatantly bad, generally speaking, when it comes to sports. The fact that they are focusing so much on the women's teams tells me, they got ALLOT MORE FUNDING, from our cucked Canadian government. That's just dandy. On top of that, years before, when women played any olympic sport, NO ONE WOULD GIVE A poo poo because this was common sense, that women were and are, just boring to watch, but now, now, the feminist propaganda has reachen new, really screwed up levels. Of course, it doesn't take long to locate a 'PC' article about women's Canadian teams and 'gender shame or body awareness', or some other bullshit like that. I know you guys say: "just laugh", but I can't because feminism is a virus and its infected everything. I can't laugh anymore, at this. The levels its gotten to are, well I can't even use words to describe it.

For 20 bucks, I can get a loaf of bread, some milk, some chicken breast I can cut up for sandwich meat, a bag of oranges, a bunch of celery, and two cans of beans. I don't buy grapes or raspberries at the store unless they are on sale. If you are spending 30 dollars on a handful of fruit, you're doing something wrong. EDIT: poo poo, page change.

Due to the fact that I live on a lovely island, fruit and veggies are pretty much never in season and are basically just a day or two from rotting no matter where I buy them from. They're also stupid expensive for even a small thing of tiny oranges. Also milk is a pain in the rear end to buy.

Like, if a class of 25 can pay attention except one kid, maybe the teacher isn't THAT bad.

Serperoth posted:Also, do MGTOW know that it's not teachers that diagnose ADD, but rather professionals in diagnosing ADD (and other similar issues)? This has nothing to do with the MGTOW image macro or their bullshit, but last year when my daughter went into kindergarten we had the normal open house meeting with her teacher, and she suggested that we have her taken to get checked for ADD (or similar). Which both shocked me and pissed me off a little, but I found out later after asking around to some local teacher friends that the schools/classes actually get a boost in funding for each student they can claim as having a learning disability (which ADD falls under I guess), and that the teachers in our county are encouraged to suggest getting tested to parents, and of course the schools are desperate for any way to get money. It's all so

Oh oh oh lemme guess: do you live in Illinois? If so, it would hardly be surprising if that was seen as a legitimate way for school districts to get funded because the state sure as hell isn't doing it

When I went to university, they had just finished building the new stadium. They couldn't really use their official funding sources to fund it, so instead they took out high risk loans from Goldman Sachs. Then, with the funding and the company's blessing, they proceeded to build the new stadium directly over a fault line. When I heard about it I could feel men in suits rubbing their hands. The same stadium ended up getting an advertisement deal with a company that has been linked to online sports betting in the past. MizPiz posted:Seriously, gently caress this country.
