I suppose one exception would be there was a surge in cross-ticket voting which put Clinton in the White House and ensured the Republicans kept the House, and even then the Senate will be close. Not to mention there's strong arguments which suggest that an inept campaign will do more to lower turnout for Republicans than it will to inspire cross-ticket voting. GOTV infrastructure will be fun to track through the fall.
