Well, this is an interesting setup. There's going to be a lot of people eliminated, but I think that while it does initially look like an every man for himself situation, it's probably better to team up instead of going at it lone wolf like Todoroki is doing. Just in a vacuum where you've got two practice dummies and no other people, you don't have any kind of margin for error; you have exactly as many balls as you need (Todoroki probably is capable of doing this because he can freeze people in place, so actually hitting the target isn't a huge deal). But if you get sniped even once, suddenly you're down balls without any gain, and you need to steal from somebody else to be able to complete your objective. In a team, though, you can spread that around--if A, B, and C or on a team, they can very quickly each stick a ball on a person, and then that's one takedown towards the goal and they each still have five balls. You don't actually get a surplus, but besides being able to take down targets more easily and more quickly, it takes way longer for people to get critically low (and if one person gets a steal, you all get the surplus). Plus, once one person scores out, they're presumably still free to help out, and are able to take bigger risks because hey, they already won. Also, Todoroki fangirl is cute, like all of the girls in this series.

I'll tag it anyway just to be safe Pinky was pretty prominent in the last few pages, could this arc be her chance for the limelight? I remember Horikoshi said he really wanted to show her off at some point.
