Please me for Hillary. If I owned a failing tattoo shop and I wanted to change my business model, I don't think I would hire someone who had 40 years of experience in failed hotel and gambling businesses. Unless I was looking forward to rough prison tattoos that said "LOVE" or "HATE" or "gently caress or "MUTHA". I've been looking for this for ages, thanks! I feel way more confident about this than I did for the 2012 one, and I wasn't worried about that one at all. Even if a victory is all-but-assured, we really do need a landslide. If Hillary only wins by a margin of one or two swing states, House Republicans are going to spend the next four years conducting investigation after investigation into voter fraud and all the little hitches that happen in every election are going to be massively blown out of proportion and widely reported as "investigation into Hillary rigging the polls." The Republicans are going to try this no matter what, but Hillary needs an overwhelming mandate for the media to rightfully not take it seriously.

By 2028, he would be the longest-serving justice in history, at which time he would be 80 years old. Although his age is relatively in line with Roberts, Alito, Sotomayor, Kagan, and Garland (or whoever else would be confirmed for that spot), he is already the second longest-tenured member of the court. Although he is well regarded by his colleagues, including those with whom he disagrees ideologically, his lack of participation in oral arguments, his already long term of service, and the court's impending liberal shift raise questions about how long he will remain on the bench as well. Regardless of what happens with the House and the Senate, or what legislation gets passed or doesn't get passed, this will be her enduring legacy. I'm absolutely confident of a complete Dem landslide - the senate at the least - because Trump has made enemies of some very powerful, though not particularly vocal, forces in American politics - the wealthy, who fear an unpredictable anti-free-trade populist, the foreign policy community who have been the first to abandon him and every single minority group. Some in the FPC suspect him of being an unwitting Russian agent. The mainstream media are slowly but surely turning against him and the narrative is becoming more openly contemptuous and dismissive. He signed his own death certificate when he employed a racist anti-semite as his third and probably final campaign director. Women loathe him. He is held ransom by his fringe base, as any attempt to reach out beyond his extreme positions risks alienating them but he can't win without doing so. And because Trump thrives on publicity he will constantly be in the news so that Republicans won't be able to pretend he doesn't exist and hope for a split ballot. The minitrumps have already been falling like flies, the endorsers will be next and even those who didn't speak out will suffer the consequences. Maybe this is wishful thinking, but I'm not going to go to great lengths to defend this, I just wanted to put down my predictions somewhere.
