You know the Trump campaign would save money in the long term if they just bought Trump Tower from Donald. The campaign could buy some of his casinos as well so it would have pre-built rally locations without need for renting the venue.

Being in debt is the very definition of being beholden to someone. Trump has excoriated Cruz and Clinton for being in the pocket of Wall Street. He's claimed to be an independent outsider anti-establishment maverick blah blah blah, whilst all the time his companies have owed Goldman Sachs, The Bank of China and large financial institutions hundreds of millions of dollars. But apparently Clinton is far worse because she made a few million dollars on the speaking circuit. Trump has really been treated with kid gloves by the media. He has 100 scandals that are at least as damning as the email server story, but the news are giving this non-story obsessive amounts of attention, creating a false equivalence between the two candidates. I'm very pessimistic about the election. Everyone should read Jared Sextons latest tweets about going to a recent rally. Trump has been forced to read from the teleprompter and is not going to keep making the crazy gaffes that gave Clinton her early advantage. He's not pivoting but he is getting smarter about rhetoric. Also, the behaviour of his supporters is eye opening.

I've got to admit I did not see it coming, even though Univision broke the story of Trump flipping on immigration. Why would he flip now, just in time to piss off all of his primary voters but too late to regain the respect of anybody else? Could it be that Donald J. Trump is insane? Surely this is not what Steve Bannon counseled.
