I got the same reactions whene I was cutting. My muscles became more defined so people were like "nice biceps man " but actually I was weak and tiny I cant wait to start bulking again

I cut down to 168 and I had trouble performing at work, at least I found it harder to do my job at times. I I bulked back up to 175. Those 7 pounds make a huge difference.

I was able to comfortably hit 80% of my max in deadlift and squat!

Finally hit 95x5 on OHP but it was a little sloppy. Also anytime I go hard on OHP, I get a weird soreness in my shoulders the next day that's not really like other soreness. A few other people I lift with get the same thing. It's always happened since I started lifting and is fine after a day or two so I doubt it's anything serious, I should probably add shoulder poo poo into my mobility routine though.
