Everyday I finish my work and I make some tea and I play counter strike for three hours then sleep. I think one day I'll feel bored doing it, but everyday it is as exciting as the last. It is a nice life.

That's just his personality. I played on 4 or 5 teams with him, and LANd with him a couple times. He was very very quiet. I'm super surprised they let him/he wants to do casting. I mean sure he's super knowledgeable about the game but he really sucks at talking intelligently and he clearly lacks the quick wit.

I guess he overcame a pretty serious speech impediment wrt stuttering. Probably took him years of therapy to even get to this point. I'm sure he'll get faster eventually

Like at times I'll just have to stop and substitute in a different word when one just doesn't want to come out of my mouth.
