Mid-air counter-strafing. It's been in the game since forever. I guess an update has made it even more accurate than it was before? Valve just need to make actually make jumping inaccuracy actually make you inaccurate, and it wouldn't hurt to just change the whole thing so there's a flat additional "Mid-air" inaccuracy value.

Just played a very frustrating and short game of Train where a Russian dude kept dying in B halls and calling Ivy, then yelling in broken English  Thankfully someone else abandoned on round 3 so we could surrender. MG1-MGE is like backseat gamer hell. Thank you based togglemute
