Remember that story that some goon wrote and illustrated as a kid that starts off with some organism starting to swallow stuff and people around it and slowly it takes over the entire earth so it's a giant living organism with incorporated people parts? He wrote a thread about it with the scanned pages which eventually got made into a PDF. Not a saga really but it was a great story. I think he had a talking to as his folks/parents were worried about the content at the time he wrote it because he was really young and it was fairly disturbing for YA much less like 8 year old.
