Is there a collective name for these? Republican fairy tales maybe?

I used to spread a similar story with a college grad sharing her grades, but edited so that she convinces a couple thousand students to give up .001 grade point each.

People paying American dollars to let other people know they didn't agree with someone's position on something is the lifeblood of these forums.

That's crazy, I spent half an hour looking for it and couldn't find it. It's like it was wiped from the internet.

The use of Harambe by the far-right it is because of the implication that the life of Harambe is equal, if not greater, than that of an African-American. Not only from the circumstances around the death of Harambe, where they are more sympothetic to the life of Harambe than that of the kid, but also from the growth of Harambe as a meme. Thus you get Black Lives Matter "ironically" attached to Harambe, as well as stuff about Harambe waiting for Muhammad Ali in heaven. Of course the ironic racism of the whole meme is nothing but a thin veil over the real racism of it all.

Garrison over-labels things but he does impressively detailed work with a lot of little things thrown in. He's also a complete tool and alt-right rear end kisser who was inexplicably defended on here for a while because someone made a "woe-is-me" style comic depecting how imgur or reddit or whatever were making racist edits of his comics, despite the fact that his actual comics aren't much better in tone. He's a jackass.

Imagine 100 years from now a history professor having to explain to some college kids how pepe the frog came to be and how it fit into early 21st century politics.

garrison is hilariously terrible but even a stopped clock is right twice a day. i love the 4chan racist edits of garrison comics specifically because they cut close enough to the grain to annoy the artist. that's like 99% of the fun

in conclusion, here's one of the nuts found by a blind squirrel:

100 years from now a meme will probably be president so it'll probably be easier to explain then than it is now

Hell we even had a pepe president already!

Yeah, I really have no idea what's going on with that particular image. I've never spent so long trying to find any image before, especially not one so iconic.

Even a reverse google image search of Action-Man's image only yields this:
