i really wanted some music like in the shining ballroom scenes to put on my ipod so i found a site that had mp3s of that era of music turns out it's all hilariously racist well, it wasn't funny at the time but the racism aged and welp then i discovered the caretaker https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Caretaker_(musician) the hillbillies with banjos singing about pickaninnies was funny for a hot minute but eh
