Yeah, I want to say that 'it's been a struggle', but I swear, at least for me and my wife, the keto diet almost feels like cheating. I've been slacking on it lately, but it takes almost no willpower to get back on it, which is what I'm going to have to do to finally get down to my goal weight.

I had a grey streak dyed into my hair today because my job cares very little for my personal appearance. When I get it recolored I'm going to have a more white to grey shock added, but I think it looks nice. It matches the sides as my hair grows out.

There's a gal at my hospital that dyed her hair streaky grey, she herself is so young thought that the contrast looks crazy. Also as a man who has been going grey since 24y/o i'm not amused when people ask me if I dyed my hair grey on purpose.
