I was blown away by how much Alaska Air ruled my first time using it, I swear by it now My father-in-law was a Continental VIP club member and loved it, then United bought them and he loving hates them but still uses them all the time anyway because he still gets his VIP club benefits This is as far as I can tell the only legitimate reason to fly United
