I actually have no idea still. I'm leaning towards Moon because of superstition (I'm a Cancer) and bats are cool, And really when I'm playing I usually end up missing dawn and morning times (if that matters). I usually ask my friend right before I buy and get the opposite version unless I'm already dead set on one.

Might be just me but SM or S&M just screams sadomasochist. SuMo is easy and visually appealing and the only other thing I associate it with is 2 Snorlax's wrestling.Or Hariyama.

I went Blue, Yellow, Gold, Crystal, Sapphire, Emerald, Pearl, Platinum, Black, Black 2, Y... And probably going Moon for this generation. Lunala is a cool and rad bat, and it helps that, since I play video games at night mostly, I'll have day time stuff to do.

For what it's worth, in order: Yellow, Gold, Silver, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Firered, Diamond, Platinum, Pearl, Red (garage sale), Soul Silver, Black, Black 2, Y, Alpha Sapphire. The reason for the gap/ weird order is I swore off Pokemon after my Silver save battery died after barely a year, and then I heard the new Pokemon Advanced games weren't going to be backwards compatible or have all the Pokemon. I got back in shortly after Diamond/ Pearl were announced and played catch up. My "master game" was Leafgreen with over 600 hours. I would breed new teams for each new GBA gen game. It took a long rear end time to get all my 'mons (most level 5 for pokedex/ evolution purposes) into Diamond via Friend Safari. I still have all of my main teams, all super trained up (I bred new ones for tourneys in Y) and am glad Hyper Training will allow my main Ampharos from Emerald to get even tougher. Sorry for the novel

I was more excited about rockruff when I thought he was an early game trash mon because a) he's a rock type that isn't geodude and b) his first stage is way cuter than any of the other first area trash mammals and it is not close he blows nerds like patrat or bidoof out of the water

Blue, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Emerald, FireRed, Diamond, Platinum, HeartGold, Black, Black 2, Y, OmegaRuby. Leaning towards Sun because I like Solgaleo because it reminds me of GaoGaiGar, but I'm still not completely defined simply because there isn't anything version-exclusive I particularly care about. If UBs were catchable then I'd definitely get Sun though, because Absorption is super cool.
