yeah, "grown up" Static Shock in the cartoons has the long hair and long coat. I want to say there was also an episode of the actual series where he goes into the future and meets himself, and teams up with Batman Beyond as well as the Justice League time travel episode. They suggested he was much more powerful fully grown.

Still couldn't find any pictures of that version of his costume that I posted earlier though.

Some great (and some terrible) work all around, there. I've seen a lot of Russian Warhammrer cosplay. Either Russians love them some Warhammer or they just love putting it online. Either way, it's good stuff.
