But K-state doesn't say they were expelled, it says that one of the girls in the photo isn't associated with the university, and that the other isn't currently enrolled. That might mean "we just expelled her", but KSU is a public university, it's bound by the first amendment, and if it expels someone for that kind of thing it's a blatant first amendment violation.
