A lot of people squeezed a lot of really cool poo poo out of the Genesis sound chip and this has always been my go-to example of that sound at its best. Rolling into Nipton for the first time, the first encounter with the Legion, seeing what they just did to that town, and hearing this music which is at once chillingly effective for that scene and powerfully nostalgic if you remember it from the original games... that was really something. I was considering something from Persona 4 but couldn't decide on any specific track, plus I have a feeling that Persona 5's soundtrack is about to blow it out of the water. Mass Effect's Uncharted Worlds should get a mention as well.
