Darth Brooks posted:I'd say play him at this point. The mistakes he made last night came from lack of confidence. Let him work through that and he'll be the best corner on the team. Rogers threw away a lot of passes last night because no one was open. His mistakes reminded me a bit of Xavier Rhodes in 2014. Good positioning overall but too physical on the receiver instead of just trusting he can make the play. I wouldn't be surprised to hear Jerry Gray busting out the boxing gloves again.

Also Lamar Miller got a massive contract from Houston so it's not like it was only a matter of who they thought was better. They're probably getting outbid there no matter what.

In fact, I think it was Armando who said that the front office and coaching staff were actually divided on whether or not to bring Miller back. I wouldn't have minded so much if we had sealed he deal with CJ Anderson.

I honestly don't see more than 3 wins remaining in the Skins schedule. Browns and a couple of random, any given Sunday type BS wins. Hopefully one is against the Ravens. Man it sucks to throw in the towel on the season when it's still 90 degrees out

Miami lost Miller due to 1.5 million a year, same money we gave a broken Arian Foster, so I reject any argument about price. But yes the CJ Anderson thing makes it a bit better

We don't have bad teams that can't cover left on the schedule except for the Browns and we could totally lose to them too. Second half especially brutal. Cardinals, Panthers, Green Bay, Minnesota. And we still haven't played Cincinnati either. The Giants are going to have a field day next weekend. Norman is playing really well but Breeland has taken a huge step back, Cousins has turned back into "Kurt" and we always lose in NY, usually in embarrassing fashion. Oakland/Atlanta got really fun to watch after half. Oakland's defense is real bad, but it was really good to see Mack and Irvin shut down. I was super nervous going into that game that they would feast on the corpse of Matt Ryan all game and that wasn't the case at all... Outside of some throws behind his WR's, Matt Ryan looks more comfortable this year, he has put up some crazy numbers through two weeks...the offense looks ok. The defense, hoooooooooooooooly crap that is a whole nother story. The lack of pass rush, the stupid 3rd down penalties, the missed tackles. They look like they have regressed since last year. Good win, on the road against a solid team. I'll take it. Next up, Saints on Monday night where they will no doubt block a punt for a TD and embarrass the Falcons on a national stage yet again.
