The only "buff" I know of is he can throw you into Aegis and it does 1 hit but you don't really get a combo. His backdash was nerfed a lot, vskill has slower startup, cr.mk isn't cancellable, EX headbutt travels like 1/3 as far as it used to.

Also it's cool how suddenly none of my matches are laggy but every other PC player won't play more than 1 game (presumably because it's terrible on their end) Please fix your poo poo asynchronous rollback Capcom.

did VS CPU for practice and set it to 5 so I could scale up. most characters are on "normal" for that except Bison who for some reason knows how to do hosed up ridiculous combos, pretty funny

Would someone be so kind to a scrub to do an overall "here's what Urien is in V"? He looks like a good buttons guy but beyond that I can't really tell what his strengths are and what combos are BnB, general tactics, what his specials are for. I just liked kicking people and doing funny Aegis stuff in 3.
