I did some back of the envelope calculations and it looks like I've spent at least $40 a month on Rifftrax for the past two years. Not counting the kickstarters. I think I need help.

I think I need help. I have every MP3 commentary (including the Presents titles), VOD, and short (except the Nat Geo titles I recorded off TV) they've ever made. Worth every penny. I was finally able to see the MST3K reunion show. The Mads short about Kay was great, but Kay was a seriously disturbing girl.

Obviously, More Dates for Kay is the sequel to What To Do on a Date, where Kay has realized that going out on bike trips and weenie roasts with Nick just wasn't enough.

Oh god, we're back in the twisted world of Ted Mikels with The Astro-Zombies! http://www.rifftrax.com/astro-zombies quote:Dead bodies are disappearing and being reanimated as horrible undead ghouls! Who could be responsible? The undercover Air Force investigator? The burlesque dancer? The local mad scientist who has sworn revenge on a society that has forsaken him and even has his own personal Igor? Uh, probably the last one. Why was this even a question?

So, um...Astro-Zombies... ... Does anything actually happen in this movie? I've been watching the redhead sitting in the lab for about five hours now and I think I'm slipping into a fugue state.

The only good thing about Astro-zombies are said zombies and the Misfits song named after it.

Is it just me, or is the audio mix with RiffTrax on the Astro Zombies Blu-ray garbage?

Canned Panda posted:Is it just me, or is the audio mix with RiffTrax on the Astro Zombies Blu-ray garbage? Yes, very unfortunate. Movie audio is too quiet right? At least rifftrax.com has a better mix. Is Kino Lorber's Two Headed Transplant the same way? They should maybe hear about this.

CrimsonAuthor posted:Yes, very unfortunate. Movie audio is too quiet right? Yes, you can't hardly hear the movie. Fortunately, I bought the Blu-ray with an Amazon gift card, so I felt better also buying the VoD version. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm glad to hear the mix is better!

We were looking for a new fridge and wondered if any of them had "continuous ice circles." Have a Mary Jo Christmas and a Bridget New Year will have you singing the Ford Taurus theme song for DAYS.

Lester Shy posted:Grabbed this, thanks a bunch! Rifftrax has some player options on their site, for supported media types. But basically: No. This would be a legitimately difficult thing to do. If you have or know a decent hand a video editing they could maybe take a crack at it, but like it would take them as long to sync and output it for you as it takes to just watch the movie and sync by hand.
