Wind-Up Edda will be a new minion. Awesome! I imagine that will be obtained through Palace of the Dead, maybe through potsherds.

Lots of new orchestrion rolls. Looks like Sophia weapons are 255... I think I'd like to get one of those sooner than later to make things more of a breeze. Might be fun.

Also, a Nael van Darnus card has been added to Triple Triad. I'd like to get that ASAP! Hoods can also be crafted through what looks to be clothcraft. I'll be curious to see what their models look like. Coupled with 185 gear, it could potentially make some nice Assassin's Creed glamours.

I know, I just kept materials around because it took up less storage than keeping the finished products around, and that's even assuming people would want a Grade 2 leatherworking or whatever.

I'm wondering where you'll get the demimatter, though. There's no new Mhach raid in this patch yet, is there? Maybe you'll get a choice between the two materias in Weeping City?

This feels like a mechanic that they would've considered, then discarded for being a terrible idea before introducing desynth in the first place. It feels backwards that it's showing up now.

thats how i read it too, but unless they changed it there is a cap on higher lvl monsters spiritbonding iirc

like you can't craft a level 1 bow and shoot a level 60 monster and instantly sb it

Looks like there are Orchestrion rolls not only being added for Ramuh and Shiva, but they are also adding Alex music rolls.

Good way to encourage people to run Gordias and Midas still!

Edit: The Tempered glass for a grade 4 aquarium is going to require glass and carbon fibers. Grade 4 is going to be a hefty investment for private use.

Also, as I expected, you can craft i250 weapons, and Sophia Ex drops i255 weapons. If you have to have some massive desynth to get i250 weapons, Sophia might be easier.

Looks like they're adding glowy Ravana weapons too.
