Gun nuts will react to her election by stockpiling. She's a huge lifelong advocate for the disabled, I wonder if there's a way to invest in increased regulatory requirements for full access? Despite the concessions given to bernie I expect her wall street reform efforts, if they materialize at all, to be toothless, so I'd guess banks will do fine.

Halt.

Do you really wish to discuss, in a rather public format, which stocks, bonds and investment revenue you would invest in, should a certain candidate win?

If the answer is, "Yes I want to discuss it", Then I will gently caress off so fast it'll make your head spin.

I think the debate was closer than it should have been. Hillary exhibited all her normal problems: stilted delivery, muddled generic vision, and some cringeworthy smugness (eg. Trumped Up Trickle Down).

Trump fumbled around because he's an idiot, signed on for war crimes and racist policing, and lost the thread entirely a few times... but he also got his key points in: everything is terrible, all the problems are because of outsiders, politicians, and bad deals; he's good at business so he'll make better deals and be tough on crime and all that. It's a clear, simple story, and I think it's just what a lot of people want to hear.

The media response I've seen has been very congratulatory for Hillary, but I'm much less confident. Trump has a real chance here I think.

Oh well, at very least Hillary gave a couple good solar shout outs; maybe even enough to move the needle a bit tomorrow.

To be honest, the idea that there are undecided voters at this point that might be swayed by the debate boggles the mind.

My library doesn't have any of the expensive rear end books mentioned a couple pages ago so I'm gonna have to find a good, cheap source.

Any highly recommended beginner books on the foundation of stock analysis? Blogs or other online resources worth checking out?

There's no better way to break the Nash Equilibrium than the savory combination of Bud light and the spicy richness of a Clamato Tomato Cocktail. Best served over ice and garnished with Lime.

Their Lime-a-rita is garbage tho don't have that

Also got some dividends rolling in this week think I'm going to bunker in behind some GAIN and PSEC while the price is soft

Thanks, that makes sense. I shouldn't have any trouble finding resources for that.

I'll also just start with the recommended reading in the OP I guess. I see that it hasn't been edited since 2010 so I didn't know if there were some great new resources out there or something.

Living in Kentucky we're spoiled for bourbon. Currently have Basil Hayden and Knob Creek small batch on deck. The Knob Creek is cool because it has handwritten labeling on the bottle.

My favorite cocktail (I don't drink it straight, I prefer scotch for that), the Kentucky Mule:

1oz bourbon
1 lime, juiced
Ginger Ale

I also really like its brother, the Oaxaca Mule, which is the same except you substitute Mezcal.

You mean Ginger Beer not Ale right? RIGHT?

Also, don't waste mezcal on a mixed cocktail. Sip that stuff. Also, what companies can I invest in if I think Mezcal is about to blow up huge in the US?
