Hmm, the patch notes still state that Aspected Benefic was raised to 170% of the healed amount for the shield in Noct, but the tooltip still reports 130%, while reporting the patch-note-correct 150% for Aspected Helios. Going to ask around in places and see if it's a tooltip error.

Make sure you're not working on another GC when you go to buy your apartment, the game apparently can't tell what your other accomplishments are and I had to run back to Maelstrom command and drop an additional 50k just to change recruitment (for fifteen days, too) and then head back to Mist. Fuuuuuuuuck that was annoying, especially after getting up early for a room.

Somebody said Midlander Male is the rarest?   I was a catgirl for a while, then really started to hate the way DRG/DRK armors look on female models E: Also the game launcher bugged out and declared my password was wrong, so of course I kept trying instead of just restarting it and got myself locked out

Under Windows, i went to Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\FFXIV_BOOT.cfg and changed the line "BootVersionCheckMode" from 0 to 1. On the next launcher boot, it updated the launcher from my old 2016.07.20 version to 2016.09.12, and now i'm loading the update proper.

Got up, got #27 in Mists 5 to have a handy teleport for visiting TPT peeps, went back to bed a bit. Gatherers: where do we get Teak? Gotta aquarium it up! Also apparently you get all of the Alex music when completing the Alex quest series according to the data miners. Guess they didn't want to put in another Coil style music grind.

Not sure if it's worth getting an apartment, it's literally next door to my FC's house anyways. I don't think it's worth 500k to be able to teleport to two different places 15 meters apart.
