I just need to actually go back to committing more than a day or two a week to it (was doing 3 or 4), and more importantly, do the diet thing - not diet in the sense of reducing food so much as eating healthier food. I've got terrible self control around yummy snacks, which all the nice co-workers are always bringing into the office. If I just did what Rupert suggests an go to a Keto diet, I'd probably see huge losses once it kicked in, but there are so many yummy foods that are high-carb and/or high sugar that I keep dancing around and not doing it.
