All it is is the PS4 doing the work and sending video to the Vita, while the Vita transmits button inputs. Also you can't just straight emulate an entire console, because some games are just shoddily coded in a "that will do" way for the specific hardware. Stuff with Vita and PS4 releases are specifically coded that way.

Seeing it mentioned here reminded me I wanna try Shadows of Mordor again now that I've finished Deus Ex; didn't dislike it on my first attempt but I don't think I really understood either the combat or the orc stuff.
