We recently hired a 21 year old lady who wears lady clothes and is often cold. It's great because I hate AC and am also often a bit chilly but the other guys in the office want it going full blast all the time while wearing shorts and t-shirts and constantly complain it's hot. Now that she's complaining they actually let the office stay at a reasonable temperature.
