Or, Ware has proven to be one of the most valuable if not the most valuable handcuffs in the league. Unless you're in an 8 man league, don't drop him or trade him.

I'm probably still not playing him this week though.

My brother-in-law wants to trade with me in my ten team, half PPR family league with 3 WR and a flex. My Team: QB: Cam Newton RB: Matt Forte, David Johnson, Melvin Gordon, Isaiah Crowell, Bilal Powell WR: Stefon Diggs, Marvin Jones, TY Hilton, Dez Bryant, Tyrell Williams, John Brown TE: Dennis Pitta, Kyle Rudolph His Team: QB: Brian Hoyer, Jameis Winston RB: Ezekial Elliott, Cameron Artis-Payne, Arian Foster, Orleans Darkwa WR: Jeremy Maclin, Jamison Crowder, DeAndre Hopkins, Willie Snead, Jordan Matthews, Sterlin Shepard TE: Jordan Reed He wants my Isaiah Crowell, but with the possible exception of Reed I'm really not seeing anything on his team that I would want to trade for. Any ideas?

Why won't anonymous internet strangers save me from myself?! The honest answer in my opinion is that nobody really pays attention to the sit/start thread until the weekend, and a big reason for that is because we change it every week. Which means that bookmarks are useless. Personally I think it's dumb and would suggest we just make a single sit/start thread for the whole year. It's not like there's any confusion as to which week people are talking about.

Crowell is currently the RB13 in half PPR and remains one of the few consistent options in an offense that has to reconfigure itself every week. It becomes a question of insuring my WRs vs insuring my RBs. Am I really better off getting one of those WRs (I guess Matthews would be the top pick?) than maintaining that depth at the most unpredictable position, or is that just a high floor with a low ceiling? pubic works project posted:Yeah I'd see if he'd bite on a Jordan Reed/Jordan Matthews for a Isiah Crowell/Dennis Pitta deal. What do you guys think of Matthews long term? Is it worth losing the RB depth on my bench?

I like Matthews value with the emergence of Wentz. Especially in a PPR league. Look at his next two games: Detroit and Washington. Sounds enticing to me. I've been trying to trade for him in both of my leagues to no avail. I think your top 3 RBs are good and should service you well. Maybe wait until John Brown or Tyrell Williams have a big game and try to flip them to a WR needy team for a mid-tier RB. I don't think he'll bite on a Crowell/Rudolph deal, but you can try it first.

I might be in the minority, but I think Jets corps, DJ, and Gordon are really solid and already slightly protected against injury with Forte/Powell, whereas relying on 1-2 of Dez, Tyrell, Brown, and even Diggs every week would scare me. We've seen a few top tier games from Diggs before, only to have him drop off. I just don't like your WRs behind Hilton and Marvin to be good, locked in weekly starters. You definitely have more quantity at WR, and lots of upside, but lots of question marks too. Also, see my question about Crow just above. How's he been used with Cleveland trailing? I haven't paid attention to that, but uh they're going to be trailing a lot.

ADP on Fantasy pros: Latavius Murray: 38th overall (RB 16) Tom Brady: 63rd overall (QB 8) Even if you discount Murray for some reason and also bump up Brady on the basis that his suspension weeks are just about gone, it's still probably not an even trade, nevermind whatever value Decker might have.
