how do I get more monster dungeons. I'm pretty sure I've already asked this question like three times but I forget. I'm at the part where ppl are vanishing from villages cause of the old mans music if that is relevant.

After a while you can unlock streetpass or the tavern in haven where you can download more of em.

I'm at the part where ppl are vanishing from villages cause of the old mans music if that is relevant. once you find a reformed monster talk to them and get the tablet. you can also send groups of 3 captured monsters from monster meadows to bring back tablets that will have those 3 monsters as enemies i think. i was stuck for awhile not finding reformed monsters, there's at least one [maybe 2] that's locked by the story. i didn't get them until after the old man riffer story, idk if that's where they're locked or what. talk to all the ppl in the monster village and it should be obvious where u need to go to find who yr missing

rediscover posted:is hatchet man actually worth using. i just assumed it had like a 10% chance of hitting it seems to be identical to the one dq8, a 50/50 chance to do a critical hit or miss. it's good on metal monsters because critical hits bypass defense and evasion and are guaranteed to kill them in one shot, other than that not really. metal slash might be good but i haven't tried it, no reason to grind for exp so far in the game imho, and i haven't seen metal babbles yet ;-(

Heart drop rates are 1/8 in dungeons, it took me like 3 or 4 minutes to get the drop I wanted
