However, there was a Deadpool cosplayer that stayed in character while she was at my booth, and started slapping the things she wanted with her toy sword while mumbling jokes through her mask that I couldn't make out.

They were just under half naked and on my bed, about as far as you can go without going "Hey, you both have vaginas and tits." I had regrets about my friend's choice in friends. Do your crossdressing not-porn on your own goddamn bed, I don't care about the lighting! And they were both so into the idea of these characters loving that I absolutely believed that's all there was to it as "doth protest too much" as it sounds. Two ladies dressed as dudes taking photos of themselves fake banging because they found fictional guys real-banging hot, plus the photographer who was into this as well.  Freud would have a field day.

My favorite weird question was when some idiot asked Stan Lee what he thought about the "rumors" of having Mary Jane be a guy to play around with Peter Parker's sexuality. Stan Lee could hardly hear as it was and the guy hosting the event didn't even decide to repeat the question to him and instead just said "I have no idea what you are talking about, I don't think anyone else here does either and I won't repeat the question. Next."

The person who ran it was sort of weird BDSM and did a lot of yelling and made people call her mistress and poo poo. One dude, a loud, rather drunk idiot decided to act up, so like, he had to strip to his underwear or some poo poo. No one got grabby or anything, it was just this weird realm of nerd awkwardness.

There was a discussion in another thread about how men just have to wear a good looking suit, while women don't have much in the way of high fashion choices for politics, and that reminded me of an old AUG image. It was some greasey nerd with a pony tail and big rear end boots, but he was wearing something that looked like a frocked coat with a mandarin collar that looked like something Ming the Merciless would wear. The image had a caption like "This is what I think mens fashion should look like, but the French revolution hosed it up, so I went to hong kong to get a proper outfit made". I had to laugh at that because if you look at mens suit jackets, you can clearly see how they evolved from Hussar Coats, which evolved from the frocked coats of the 18th century, which came from the tunics of the 17th, which go back to the doublets and so on. Seriously, if you look at them all in a row, you can clearly see the evolution. I never had any idea what that guy was talking about, and laughed because, like most nerds, they think "class" is 100% what you're wearing, not your appearance, or grooming or even how you're wearing it.

But seriously, the outfit does look like an M&M factory exploded onto a Chinatown knock off kimono, and then this dude decided to toss some waders on over it.
