Also the Packers almost had a mascot. I think it was in the late 80's there were a bunch of new mascots proposed for teams then rejected. Packers were gonna have a polar bear. It's turned up hear and there in merchandise.



It probably wouldn't have gone over too well what with the biggest division rival also being a bear.
