I missed your meltdown, but it sounds like a pretty decent class overall! I would probably blow my brains out if I had Trump supporters "debating" in that setting. Also never not feel bad for wanting Florida to go back into the ocean. It's a perfect example of frivolous capitalism with its infrastructures. Miami will be Atlantis 2.0

what a fascinating land of contrasts the knife related injuries tend to happen more often than not from dull knives deflecting off the ingredients and burying itself in a finger or the crook of your hand (ouch!!!!!!) i was too poor to have good knives for years (hell still too poor, my actually good knives were all gifts) so ive got scars all over my hands cuz i cook a lot

really only two things you need to know - make kitty paws whenever possible with the hand thats gripping the ingredient and use your thumb and forefinger to grip the blade because what you lose in leverage you more than make up for in control

its fancy!! its got some magnety things that hold the knife ? I don't really know but I did read the manual and it said with anything serraded only to use stage 2 sharpening (the fine stuff)
